Liza Amaro - Head of Marketing

Liza joined ConnexPay in January 2022 and brings nearly 20 years of marketing and communications experience to the organization. Liza has deep experience in the financial services sector, with prior roles that include serving as Vice President and Director of Digital and Acquisition Marketing at Truist, Content Marketing Manager at Synovus, Product Marketing Manager at AOC Solutions, and Advertising Compliance Manager at Aflac. Liza attended Columbus State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English, and Auburn University, where she earned an MBA. Passionate about education, one of Liza’s mottos is “never stop learning.” In her free time, Liza enjoys reading, traveling, and game nights with her family. Liza lives in Georgia with her husband, stepdaughter, and two dogs.
